Maljat Stone a.d. is seeking offers for the supply, installation and commissioning of a photovoltaic solar power plant at its facility in Danilovgrad, Montenegro. The project aims to increase energy efficiency, reduce electricity costs and support the company’s transition toward more sustainable industrial operations.

The complete technical requirements, scope of supply and installation, execution conditions and other requirements are defined in the tender documentation below. The maximum period for completion is 120 days from signing of the contract. The procurement is not divided into separate lots.

The tender package includes the Tender Form, Technical Specification, Financial Offer and Bidder's Declaration. Offers must comply with the requirements and minimum technical specifications defined in the tender documentation.

How to submit an offer ?

Submit the complete offer by email to office1.maljat@fhgroup.eu, quoting tender reference 25-821 in the subject line.

The offer must include all required tender forms and documentation, including the completed technical specification and financial offer. Prices must be stated in EUR and include all applicable costs and discounts. The offer must remain valid for at least 30 days from the submission deadline. Offers received after 11 September 2026 at 15:00 CET will not be considered.

The award criterion is the lowest price among administratively and technically compliant offers.
